Our restaurant is available for private events and celebrations, with pre-booked dining for groups of 10 or more, perfect for special occasions, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
Every booking receives thoughtfully planned menus crafted by our talented chef, along with dedicated service tailored to your event. Residents can also enjoy breakfast with us daily, served 7 days a week.
Breakfast
Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 10.30am
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 8am - 10.30am
Our menus change regularly to capture the amazing variety of delicious dishes our talented chef creates.
We use the best of local produce from local growers and suppliers, believing in supporting local businesses in the knowledge that we’ll be provided with the freshest, tastiest produce available.

My husband and I stayed for a night last year and were amazed at the quality of the food. Dinner was amazing. So this trip we didn’t need to think about where to stay. Again food is exemplary.
Captains Table Restaurant
Dating from 1779 the room is a stunning example of Georgian architecture, with classic period mouldings and an elaborate gilded ceiling, it really is a wonderful place to be eat, drink and be transported back in time.
Nelson’s Bar
Open 24hrs for our guests and 11am to 11pm to non residents, Nelsons Bar is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day with a cold drink or a warm cup of coffee.
